廃校となった降星小学校の再開発をめぐり、大人たちが集まっていた。その一人・桑原は暗殺宇宙人ナックル星人グレイにそそのかされ、ヒカルからギンガスパークを盗み出してしまう。さらに桑原自身がダークダミースパークで変身怪獣ザラガスにダークライブ！変身できないヒカルの危機に、銀河神社の祠でギンガライトスパークを授かった美鈴が、レッドキングにウルトライブして立ち向かう！
