China propone inclusivo, cooperativo y de gobernanza compartida para la inteligencia artificial

El primer ministro de China, Li Qiang, pronunció el discurso de apertura de la Conferencia Mundial de Inteligencia Artificial 2025 en Shanghai. (TAKE VO) Li presentó tres propuestas clave para impulsar el desarrollo de la IA y su gobernanza global. Primero, promover un acceso inclusivo compartiendo las tecnologías y experiencia de China en el campo de la inteligencia artificial, con especial apoyo a los países del Sur Global; segundo, fomentar la innovación mediante la cooperación internacional, incentivando la investigación conjunta y la colaboración en código abierto para lograr avances tecnológicos; y tercero, fortalecer la gobernanza global para garantizar que la IA beneficie a toda la humanidad, incluida la propuesta de establecer una Organización Mundial de Cooperación en Inteligencia Artificial. Li subrayó que la IA debe considerarse un bien público global, e hizo un llamamiento a los esfuerzos colectivos para hacerla más beneficiosa y confiable. El evento inaugural también contó con la participación del secretario general de la ONU, António Guterres, y más de mil representantes de gobiernos, universidades e industrias.
