NACH FLUGHAFEN-BLOCKADE: Klima-Kleber bekommen eine saftige Strafe! Eurowings hat geklagtAm 13. Juli 2023 stören mehrere Klimaschutzaktivisten den Betrieb am Hamburger Flughafen. Die Airline Eurowings hat die Aktivisten auf Schadenersatz verklagt – erfolgreich.
Zehn Aktivisten der Klimaschutzgruppe Letzte Generation müssen wegen einer Blockade des Hamburger Flughafens mehr als 400.000 Euro an die Fluggesellschaft Eurowings zahlen. Das hat das Landgericht Hamburg mehr als zwei Jahre nach dem Vorfall in einem Zivilprozess entschieden, wie das Gericht mitteilte.
Sollten die Beklagten abermals einen Flughafen blockieren, können sie bis zu sechs Monate in Ordnungshaft genommen werden, wie das Gericht weiter entschied. In anderen Worten: Sie kämen ins Gefängnis.
