PLO | Ông Zelensky ‘hoài nghi’ khi Hungary đề xuất lệnh ngừng bắn tạm thời với NgaThủ tướng Hungary Viktor Orban đã tiết lộ rằng Tổng thống Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky có phản ứng không hài lòng đối với đề xuất của Hungary về việc thiết lập lệnh ngừng bắn tạm thời với Nga. Trong chuyến thăm Kiev vào ngày 2 tháng 7, ông Orban đề nghị lệnh ngừng bắn nhằm thúc đẩy tiến trình chấm dứt xung đột, nhưng ông Zelensky tỏ ra "hoài nghi" và không thực sự hài lòng với đề xuất này.
Orban cho biết sau cuộc hội đàm, ông Zelensky đã biểu đạt sự nghi ngờ của mình và những trải nghiệm tiêu cực từ các lệnh ngừng bắn trước đây mà ông cho là không có lợi cho Ukraine. Ông Zelensky cho rằng có những giới hạn về những gì có thể đạt được thông qua lệnh ngừng bắn.
Tuy nhiên, cố vấn chính sách đối ngoại của ông Zelensky, ông Igor Zhovka, phát biểu rằng Ukraine không quan tâm đến đề xuất của Hungary và khẳng định rằng lệnh ngừng bắn không thể được xem xét một cách riêng lẻ. Thay vào đó, Kiev sẽ tiếp tục tìm kiếm giải pháp dựa trên "công thức hòa bình" của Tổng thống Zelensky.
Đối với phía Nga, Moscow chưa có phản ứng cụ thể đối với đề xuất của Hungary. Trước đó, Tổng thống Putin đã đưa ra điều kiện để Nga ngừng bắn, bao gồm yêu cầu Ukraine rút quân khỏi các khu vực mà Nga tuyên bố sáp nhập và cam kết không gia nhập NATO.
