안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 알이 꽉 찬 빵게를 쪄서 먹어봤어요! 🦀
게 이름이 왜 ‘빵게’인지 궁금해서 찾아봤는데
게 안에 알이 가득 차 있어서
배를 열면 알이 빵빵하게 들어있기때문에
빵게라고 부르는 거라고 하더라구요
이름을 누가 지었는지는 모르겠지만
너무 단순하면서도 귀엽게 잘 지은 것 같아서 괜히 웃음이 났어요🤣
먼저 게 껍데기를 열어보는데
알이 빈틈없이 꽉 차 있어서 그냥 꽉꽉 눌러 담아놓은 느낌!
알만 따로 한 입 먹어보면 비린 맛은 거의 없고
고소함과 감칠맛이 정말 진하게 느껴졌어요!!
무엇보다 알이 톡톡 터지면서
입안에서 부드럽게 퍼지는 식감이 정말 매력적이었고
씹을수록 고소한 맛이 더 올라오는 느낌이라
자꾸자꾸 손이 가는 맛!!
고소한 내장도 가득해서 몸통은 맛있게 먹었는데
다리에는 살이 별로 없어서 살짝 아쉽긴 하더라구요
요즘이 빵게 제철이라고 하니 꼭 한 번 쪄서 드셔보세요😊
