Professor Heyo Kroemer, Vorstandschef der Charité, mahnt im Gespräch: Deutschlands Krankenhäuser sind auf großflächige Blackouts unzureichend vorbereitet. Notstrom könne nur kurzfristig helfen – echte Resilienz fehle. Im Vergleich zu Ländern wie Schweden, Israel oder den USA existiere hierzulande keine nationale Health Security-Strategie. Was fehlt, sind klare Zuständigkeiten, verbindliche Notfallübungen und ein Systemdenken in der Krisenvorsorge. Der Appell: Gesundheitssicherheit muss zur staatlichen Aufgabe werden – bevor der Ernstfall eintritt.
