心理學的然後呢？EP01｜為什麼我們懂了這麼多道理，依然過不好這一生？
我們已經很會談原生家庭、創傷、依附、界線與投射，也能替許多說不清楚的痛苦找到名字。但當你知道創傷從哪裡來、明白自己為何害怕衝突，也看懂一段關係的模式之後，真正的問題才開始：然後呢？理解能讓混亂變得有脈絡，卻不會自動替你做決定。它無法代替你開口、離開、承擔後果，也不能替你面對工作、金錢、關係與現實條件。有時候，心理學甚至會成為高級的自我說服：我們用更精緻的語言解釋自己為何停在原地，也把本該由制度承擔的責任推回個人，或把個人應負的責任藏進創傷之中。
《心理學的然後呢？》想做的，是替心理學祛魅：保留它幫助人看見自己的力量，也重新放回研究限制、社會結構、經濟條件、商業現實與選擇代價。心理學處理人的微觀世界，但人從來不只活在內心；我們也活在資源、角色、承諾與權力關係裡。
第一集從「懂了，然後呢？」開始，追問理解與改變之間究竟還缺了什麼。你想怎麼活、別人認為你應該怎麼活，以及在真實條件與限制裡你可以怎麼活，是三個不同的問題。心理學可以讓人看見；決定讓人開始轉向；策略才讓新的生活在現實裡站得住。
