Dal 2000 in poi riuscì a dar vita ad un asse importante, a una coalizione che ancora oggi è presente e che seppe confrontarsi con gli altri senza mai venire meno al rispetto e alla considerazione del suo e dell'altrui ruolo. Parleremo di Umberto la prossima settimana o quando i Gruppi decideranno, ma oggi non potevo esimermi dal ricordarlo in maniera commossa, affettuosamente e in maniera ufficiale.
