끓는 물에 약 20분 정도 푹 쪄주니까
전혀 질기지 않고 쫄깃쫄깃한 식감이 정말 좋더라구요!!
몸통 부분은 촉촉하면서도 부드러웠고
씹을수록 올라오는 은은한 단맛이 정말 매력적이었어요
무엇보다 오늘 오징어 통찜의 하이라이트는 역시 내장!
저는 원래도 오징어 내장을 좋아하는 편인데
이번 내장은 정말 제 취향을 제대로 저격했어요!!
녹진하면서도 진한 풍미가 입안 가득 퍼지는데
고소함이 정말 미쳤어요..
오징어 살과 함께 먹으면 풍미가 훨씬 진해지더라구요💕
보통 오징어 숙회나 통찜을 먹을 때는
초장이나 와사비간장을 준비하는 경우가 많은데
이번 오징어는 굳이 소스를 찍어 먹을 필요가 없더라구요!!
내장과 먹물에서 나오는 진한 풍미 덕분에
자체적으로 감칠맛이 너무 좋아서
그냥 먹는 게 가장 맛있었습니다😊
