Santiago Tettamanzi es entrevistado por Vinicius Bulo Bras y Hugo Melgarejo.Tettamanzi se formó en la Escuela Nacional de Náutica Manuel Belgrano e hizo su carrera en ELMA, Empresa de Líneas Marítimas Argentina. Se presentó como voluntario durante la Guerra de Malvinas junto a miles de ciudadanos. participó de la Guerra. Nos ilustra acerca de la importancia de Marina Mercante tanto en La Paz como en la guerra. Reivindica la necesidad de contar con Marina de bandera Nacional.
