Oslo (Norwegen) – Es ist der 8. Tag, an dem Marius Borg Høiby (29), Sohn von Norwegens Kronprinzessin Mette-Marit (52), vor Gericht steht. Es geht in dem Strafprozess u.a. um Vergewaltigung und die heutige Verhandlung könnte wichtig werden. Das neue, dritte mutmaßliche Opfer sagt weiter aus. Später wird Marius dazu vernommen.Der neue Marius-Fall: Høiby soll die Frau am Palmsonntag 2024 sexuell missbraucht haben (ohne Geschlechtsverkehr). Wie auch in den zwei Fällen davor lautet der Vorwurf, dass Marius eine Situation nutzte, als die Frauen aufgrund von Schlaf und/oder Trunkenheit nicht in der Lage waren, sich zu widersetzen. Doch wie viel bekommt man in einer solchen Situation mit? Eine wichtige Frage, um zu klären, ob es sexueller Missbrauch war. Im dritten Fall kommt nun hinzu, dass das mutmaßliche Opfer eine Schlaftablette genommen hatte, also wohl fest schlief. Marius drohen bis zu 16 Jahre Haft, er sitzt in U-Haft.
