Kuasa Hukum Beberkan Sejumlah Isi Unggahan Facebook Pegi Setiawan yang Hilang
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM membeberkan sejumlah isi unggahan dari Facebook Pegi yang hilang pasca ditangkap oleh pihak kepolisian Polda Jawa Barat."Kami menanyakan pada hari kedua saat tes psikologi, saya tanya ke Pegi 'Pegi ini akun Facebook kamu, kok postingan-postingan kamu hilang?' dijawab pegi ' Ya tidak tahu pak'," ujar Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM pada Kamis, (20/6/2024).
"Saya tanya 'Penyidik pernah minta password tidak?' dijawab 'Iya Pak pernah minta' oh pantes,"
"Ini tidak fair apabila dihilangkan oleh penyidik. Kami menduga, kalau memang dilakukan, penyidik mengutak-atik barang bukti yang seharusnya dijaga keutuhannya," lanjutnya.
Atas hal tersebut, Kuasa Hukum Pegi melaporkan dugaan pelanggaran penyidik Polda Jabar ke Propam Polri.
