¿Cacería política? Cuba procesará en ausencia a opositores en EE.UU.
La Gaceta Oficial de la República de Cuba publicó dos órdenes de la Fiscalía General, firmadas por Yamila Peña Ojeda, para procesar en ausencia a los exiliados cubanos Seriocha Fernández Rojas y Miguel Gómez Bártulos (conocido como Mickey Terrori), acusados de presuntos delitos de terrorismo y de financiar incendios en instalaciones de la isla desde Estados Unidos.Más allá del impacto real de una sentencia imposible de ejecutar en territorio estadounidense, la activación de este procedimiento expedito —impulsado por una cadena institucional controlada por el Ministerio del Interior, el Ministerio de Justicia y la Fiscalía, sin la participación de un tribunal imparcial— evidencia una estrategia del régimen para infundir miedo, frenar la reactivación política de la diáspora y consolidar su retórica de la «plaza sitiada» en un escenario de máxima tensión interna.
