Yusril menyebut, korban pencemaran nama baik yang bisa melaporkan adalah individu, bukan institusi.
Yusril lantas menyinggung Putusan MK Nomor 105/PUU-XXI/2024 tanggal 29 April 2025 yang telah memaknai norma Pasal 27A UU ITE, bahwa korban dalam tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik mengacu kepada norma Pasal 310 ayat (1) KUHP, yakni kepada person individu, bukan kepada institusi atau badan hukum.
