Comprobantes en línea: ¿Cómo anular una factura electrónica?
📌 En este tutorial vas a aprender cómo anular una factura electrónica utilizando el servicio Comprobantes en Línea de ARCA.La anulación se realiza mediante la emisión de notas de crédito o débito, según corresponda, vinculadas al comprobante original.
👉 Pasos para anular una factura electrónica:
1. Iniciá sesión en el portal de ARCA con tu clave fiscal.
2. Ingresá al servicio Comprobantes en Línea.
3. Seleccioná la opción Generar comprobantes.
4. Elegí el punto de venta habilitado y el tipo de comprobante.
5. Seleccioná Nota de crédito en caso de que la factura tenga datos erróneos o esté duplicada.
6. Seleccioná Nota de débito si el importe de la factura original es menor al que correspondía cobrar.
7. Ingresá los datos de la factura a anular, incluyendo concepto y unidades a corregir (deben coincidir con los de la factura original).
8. Verificá toda la información y confirmá la operación.
ℹ️ Recordá que las notas de crédito y débito deben estar vinculadas siempre a la factura original para que la anulación sea válida.
📑 Recomendaciones:
* Verificá cuidadosamente los datos antes de confirmar la nota de crédito o débito.
* Conservá el comprobante generado para respaldo administrativo y contable.
* Este trámite asegura la validez legal de la anulación dentro del sistema.
