Jenderal Agus Subianto mengatakan seluruh anggota TNI yang terlibat dalam penyerangan bakal ditindak.
Menurut Jenderal Agus, saat ini proses penyelidikan masih berjalan.
Ia menyebut sejumlah anggota yang terlibat dalam penyerangan itu telah diperiksa petugas.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan oleh Jenderal Agus di Lapangan Bhayangkara Mabes Polri, Kamis (27/2).
"Yang terlibat (penyerangan Polres Tarakan) sudah kita periksa. Ada beberapa (diperiksa)," ujarnya.
Panglima menegaskan semua yang terlibat dalam penganiayaan polisi itu akan disanksi jika terbukti melakukan pelanggaran.
Adapun sebelumnya sekitar 20 oknum TNI menyerang Mapolres Tarakan.
Mereka mendatangi Mapolres Tarakan karena sebelumnya anggota TNI dikeroyok oleh lima personel Polres Tarakan.
Saat mendatangi Mapolres Tarakan, puluhan anggota TNI itu langsung balas dendam melakukan penganiayaan terhadap enam anggota polisi.
Akibatnya keenam anggota polisi babak belur hingga dirawat di rumah sakit. (Tribun-Video.com/Tribunnews.com)
