Una riflessione potente sulla coscienza, sulle parole e sulla partecipazione, perché il cambiamento nasce quando si smette di abbassare gli occhi e si decide di diventare parte della risposta. Storico delle mafie, Antonio Nicaso insegna alla Queen's University in Canada ed è direttore associato della Scuola Italia del Middlebury College in Vermont (Usa). Ha pubblicato più di 60 libri, tra cui molti bestseller scritti assieme a Nicola Gratteri, con il quale è coautore anche della voce criminaità organizzata dell'Enciclopedia Treccani. Da uno dei suoi libri è stata tratta una fortunata serie televisiva su Netflix dal titolo Bad Blood.
