TAESA (TAEE11): Dividendo Bom ou Armadilha?

A Taesa divulgou os resultados do 2T25 e, como de costume, anunciou dividendos generosos: foram R$ 299 milhões distribuídos, exatamente 100% do lucro líquido regulatório.
Isso representa R$ 0,64 por unit, um dividend yield de quase 2% só no trimestre. Parece ótimo, certo?
Mas nem tudo são flores…
Ao analisar os números, vemos que a receita cresceu 6,5%, mas os custos dispararam 17%, comprimindo margens. O EBITDA subiu apenas 4,5% e o lucro líquido, míseros 2%.
Além disso, a dívida cresceu 5%, e o resultado financeiro foi pressionado pelos juros altos.
E tem mais: 55% da receita anual da Taesa pode desaparecer a partir de 2032 com o vencimento de concessões.
Para manter o tamanho atual, a empresa teria que arrematar quase 25% de todos os ativos que serão leiloados até 2034 — algo difícil e que exigiria investimentos bilionários.

• *Ou segurar parte do lucro para investir pesado e repor os ativos*
