Antonio Di Pietro ha risposto alle critiche di Gratteri sul referendum relativo alla separazione delle carriere dei magistrati. “La vicenda americana? Palle al vento. Nel nostro Codice di procedura penale e nella Costituzione non c’è alcun modello estero da seguire”, ha sottolineato l’ex magistrato.Di Pietro ha poi spiegato il motivo del suo voto Sì: “Per me la separazione delle carriere ha una sua logica. Il terzo giudice è fratello di sangue: fa lo stesso concorso nella stessa carriera e l’uno decide le decisioni dell’altro. È come giocare una partita in cui l’arbitro viene scelto anche da uno dei giocatori.
