Everyone says "just find motivation." Nobody tells you it doesn't exist.
In this video, I'm sharing 6 things I've personally done for the last 6 years to stay motivated, even on the days I genuinely don't feel like doing anything. This isn't another "wake up at 5am and drink water" video.
One of these tricks is borderline toxic and only works if you're mentally strong enough to handle it. Another one is something I've literally never spoken about publicly before, not even to my closest friends. And one of them has nothing to do with productivity apps or morning routines. It's about what you eat.
