안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 무려 1.8kg짜리 대왕 무늬오징어를
직접 손질해서 회로 먹어봤어요🦑
먹기 좋게 썰어서 한입 먹는데 진짜 식감이 너무 미쳤어요..
쫀득쫀득하면서도 엄청 찰지고 씹을수록
탱글탱글한 탄력이 계속 느껴지는데
일반 오징어회랑은 확실히 다른 느낌이더라구요!
두께감이 진짜 남다르고 살도 엄청 단단하고 탄력 있었어요
특히 엄청 두껍게 썰었는데도 질기지 않고
오히려 씹을수록 단맛이 올라오는게 진짜 예술이었어요!
입안에서 계속 오독오독 쫀득하게 씹히는데
그 식감이 너무 좋아서 계속 먹게 되더라구요
그리고 역시 이런 신선한 회에는 소주가 빠질 수 없잖아요!
한 점 먹고 소주 한잔 마시는데 진짜 너무 행복하더라구요🥹
비린맛이 전혀 없어서 더 깔끔하게 넘어가고
씹을수록 단맛이 계속 올라오니까 술안주로는 진짜 최고였어요
