Estate 2026, è boom per i parchi acquatici. Un esempio concreto arriva da Caribe Bay, che si prepara a chiudere la stagione con almeno 300 mila ospiti. Un successo che Luciano Pareschi, fondatore e titolare del parco, spiega con la capacità della struttura di offrire un’esperienza immersiva: «Si entra e ci si proietta in un mondo fantastico, caraibico. E poi è instagrammabile». Pareschi, insieme alla moglie, ha progettato negli anni ogni singola attrazione di quello che da qualche tempo è considerato il parco acquatico più premiato d’Italia. La sua passione per il lavoro emerge anche nei piccoli gesti quotidiani. Durante una breve passeggiata all’interno della struttura raccoglie due carte da terra, sistema una sedia, rimette a posto un cestino e raccoglie due tazzine di caffè lasciate sul bancone di un bar. «Questo è il mio mondo», racconta.E proprio guardando al futuro, Pareschi annuncia le novità della stagione 2027: l’apertura di Agua Azul, area dedicata al benessere con 12 vasche idromassaggio, e una vasca di 100 metri con una salinità equivalente a quella del Mar Morto.Gestire un parco acquatico di 80 mila metri quadrati, tuttavia, incrocia anche non trascurabili difficoltà. Attualmente sono 260 le persone impiegate per garantire il funzionamento della struttura durante la stagione estiva, e di anno in anno è sempre più difficile reperire il personale.
