Например, о том, что россия виновата во вторжении - такое прямо отмечалось в предыдущие годы. И еще в документе не звучит фраза о том, что «будущее Украины - в НАТО». Ранее это был ключевой тезис. И все же союзники пообещали продолжать оказывать помощь - как напрямую, так и через взносы в украинскую оборонную промышленность. Все это будет учитываться в национальных оборонных расходах стран-членов.
