Polisi berhasil mengidentifikasi terduga pelaku yaitu Bripda Alvian Maulana Sinaga, seorang oknum anggota Polres Indramayu yang merupakan pacar korban.
Keduanya terekam kamera CCTV berada bersama di dalam kamar kos sebelum insiden tragis tersebut.
Kuasa hukum keluarga Putri Apriyani, Toni RM mengatakan, dari rekaman CCTV terduga pelaku keluar dari kos menggunakan sepeda motor pukul 05.04 WIB.
Tak lama, terduga pelaku masuk kembali ke dalam kos pukul 05.30 WIB.
Kemudian pelaku keluar lagi pukul 08.00 WIB.
Saat keluar tersebut, pelaku terlihat seperti orang kebingungan lalu pergi jalan kaki.
“Kemudian terpantau juga oleh penyidik dari CCTV di daerah Singajaya jalan kaki ke arah Cirebon, kemudian terpantau juga di Celancang Cirebon itu terpantau turun dari mobil elf,” ujar Toni.
Hingga saat ini pihak kepolisian pun masih berusaha mencari dan menangkap Bripda Alvian yang masuk dalam DPO.
Sementara itu Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol Hendra Rochmawan membenarkan soal status tersangka Bripda Alvian.
Polisi juga telah memecat yang bersangkutan dari instansi kepolisian.
“Karena yang bersangkutan juga kabur setelah melakukan aksinya maka telah diterbitkan juga surat DPO,” ujar Hendra.
