İlk durağımız Akaretler’deki bir İtalyan restoranı. 14 gün boyunca özel baharatlarla kürlenen dana brisket eti; hardal, kolot peyniri ve özel ekmeğiyle birleşerek ortaya çok başarılı bir pastrami sandviç çıkarıyor.
İkinci durağımızda Beyoğlu’nda, 2 günlük marinasyon sayesinde lokum gibi yumuşayan Ankara dönerini deniyoruz.
Finalde ise rotamızı Kireçburnu’na çeviriyor ve marinasyon yerine doğrudan etin karakterini ön plana çıkaran butik bir ocakbaşına konuk oluyoruz. Küşleme, kuzu şiş, Adana kebap, pirzola ve kaburga gibi birçok lezzeti deneyimleyerek et peşinde geçen bu günü gerçek bir ocakbaşı sofrasıyla noktalıyoruz.
