Pernyataan itu disampaikan Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto menanggapi Sekjen PDIP itu yang sebelumnya meminta lembaga antirasuah RI tidak pandang bulu dalam penegakan hukum.
"Setiap orang jika mengetahui adanya informasi dugaan tindak pidana, silakan melapor dengan membawa dokumen," ungkap Setyo, Jumat (21/2/2025).
Diketahui, Hasto telah ditahan KPK terkait kasus dugaan perintangan penyidikan yang melibatkan eks anggota legislatif dari PDI-P, Harun Masiku.
Hasto meminta KPK berani mengungkap berbagai kasus korupsi.
Termasuk, melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap keluarga Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo.
"Semoga ini menjadi momentum bagi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi untuk menegakkan hukum tanpa kecuali, termasuk memeriksa keluarga Pak Jokowi," kata Hasto saat akan dibawa ke Rumah Tahanan KPK, pada Kamis (20/2/2025).
Hasto juga menyinggung soal posisinya sebagai Sekjen Partai yang membawa konsekuensi politik, termasuk risiko dikriminalisasi.
