TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Setelah melaporkan Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Advokat Subhan Palal menjelaskan landasan gugatan senilai Rp125 triliun tersebut.

Subhan menyebut bahwa gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat itu ia layangkan terkait ijazah SMA milik Gibran yang dinilai membohongi publik.

Menurut Subhan, sejatinya ia hanya meminta Rp10 juta untuk pelunasan kerugian secara materiil.

Sementara untuk ganti rugi Rp125 triliun itu adalah kerugian imateriil yang harus dibayar negara kepada seluruh rakyat Indonesia.

Adapun dalam pernyataanya dalam wawancara ekslusif di Youtuber Tribunnews, Sabtu (13/9), Subhan mengaku uang Rp125 triliun itu nantinya akan dibagian kepada rakyat.

Masing-masing warga nantinya akan mendapatkan senilai Rp450 ribu rupiah.
