Namun, Khofifah dipastikan tak hadir dalam pemanggilan kali ini karena ada keperluan lain.
Juru bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo dalam keterangan tertulisnya mengatakan, selain Khofifah, pihaknya juga memanggil Sekretaris DPW PKB Jawa Timur Anik Maslachah.
Anik sendiri sudah memenuhi panggilan penyidik lembaga antirasuah tersebut.
