Site de Gabou (Barsalogho) : Le ministre Sombié découvre le riz de la résilience
Le site rizicole de Gabou, situé dans la commune de Barsalogho dans la région du Kouilsé , a été visité par le Ministre d'État chargé de l'Agriculture, Ismaël Sombié, ce 1er octobre 2025.Le site, exploité par 357 producteurs (dont 232 femmes) sur 20 HA aménagés, a fait face au défi d'insécurité au départ . Selon le Directeur Régional de l'Agriculture, la zone était inaccessible il y a un an.
La réussite de la campagne 2025 est le fruit de l'engagement des FDS et VDP, de l'appui du Ministère en intrants, et du travail des agriculteurs. Aujourd'hui, la production de riz est prometteuse. Le Ministre, satisfait de la bonne physionomie, a écouté les doléances, tout en réaffirmant l'objectif de la région d'atteindre plus de 200 000 tonnes.
