Garlasco, si chiudono le indagini su Sempio: le verifiche sul Dna della bicicletta di Stasi
Doppio fronte nel nuovo capitolo dell’inchiesta sul delitto di Garlasco. Nel giorno fissato per la chiusura delle indagini, la Procura di Pavia ha notificato l’avviso di conclusione ad Andrea Sempio. Secondo la ricostruzione di Carmelo Schininà, l’impianto accusatorio nei confronti dell’amico storico del fratello di Chiara Poggi resta sostanzialmente invariato, con alcuni elementi ulteriormente rafforzati.La novità riguarda però anche Alberto Stasi e le analisi condotte nel 2007 sul Dna rinvenuto sui pedali della sua bicicletta. Due accertamenti eseguiti all’epoca avrebbero dato esito negativo senza essere portati a conoscenza degli investigatori e dei magistrati.
