El Régimen de Transparencia Fiscal al Consumidor establece la obligación de detallar en todas las facturas y tickets de compra el componente impositivo que integra el precio final de los bienes y servicios. De esta manera, los consumidores pueden conocer de manera clara y veraz cómo la presión fiscal incide sobre el valor que pagan.📌 ¿Qué deben informar las facturas?
👉 La leyenda: “Régimen de Transparencia Fiscal al Consumidor Ley 27.743”.
👉 El IVA en una línea independiente.
👉 Los impuestos internos, bajo la denominación “Otros impuestos nacionales indirectos”, en otra línea.
ℹ️ Esta obligación alcanza a todos los comercializadores de bienes y servicios y a la totalidad de contribuyentes que emiten comprobantes fiscales.

👉 Brindar a los consumidores información clara y fehaciente sobre la carga impositiva.
