¿Podríamos construir un mecha de verdad… o los Gundam, EVA y Jaegers están condenados a ser solo fantasía? En este vídeo nos metemos en las tripas de la ingeniería mecha: materiales, estabilidad, ley cuadrado‑cubo, control, energía y usos reales. Aterrizamos el concepto de “robot gigante” desde el anime hasta la robótica actual, y vemos por qué un bípedo de 20 metros es una pesadilla física… pero un “mecha‑herramienta” basado en orugas y brazos robóticos sí empieza a tener sentido.
Hablamos de ejemplos de ficción como Evangelion, Gundam, Patlabor, Full Metal Panic!, Votoms, Titanfall, Eighty-Six o Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, y de cómo cada uno se posiciona entre lo plausible y lo mítico. También vemos casos reales como ARCHAX, el mecha pilotado de Tsubame Industries, y qué nos dice sobre el futuro de estas máquinas en desastres, construcción extrema o entornos peligrosos.
