BERLINER LINKE: "Politik über Jahrzehnte zu wenig getan hat" - Krasser Front an Rot-Grün-Rot!

Die Berliner SPD vollzieht eine Kehrtwende: Im Wahlkampf noch gegen die Vergesellschaftung großer Wohnungskonzerne, könnte sie entsprechende Pläne nun im Rahmen einer rot-grün-roten Koalition mittragen. Für Journalist und Autor Hasnain Kazim wirft das grundsätzliche Fragen nach Glaubwürdigkeit, Eigentumsschutz und politischer Verantwortung auf. Er warnt vor sinkendem Investorenvertrauen und bezweifelt, dass Vergesellschaftungen die Wohnungsnot lösen können. Als Gegenmodell verweist er auf den sozialen Wohnungsbau in Wien. Sein Vorwurf: Die Berliner Politik habe über Jahrzehnte zu wenig gebaut und versuche nun, die Folgen mit einem Eigentümerwechsel zu korrigieren. Sein Fazit: „Wohnungen entstehen durch Bauen und nicht durch die Umverteilung von Grundbuchauszügen.“
