Hace casi 10 años estuve en Bélgica y desde entonces soñaba con volver a probar esos wafles perfectos. Después de muchos intentos, ¡por fin logré esta versión saludable, fit y sin azúcar que nada tiene que envidiarle a los originales! Tienes que probarlos.
INGREDIENTES para 3 Wafles | 1 persona
-1 Banana (plátano) madura.
-1 Huevo.
-Chorro de vainilla.
-1 cda de Mantequilla (o aceite de coco).
-50 g de | 1/4 taza Harina de Avena (u otra harina de tu elección).
-5 g de Polvo para hornear.
