Allora penso che l'obiettivo di questo comitato dovrebbe essere quello di fissarsi come obiettivo trovare nel più breve tempo possibile le soluzioni operative per avviare una operazione straordinaria di controllo e di presidio fisso del territorio, a partire dai quartieri che sono più a rischio. Penso soprattutto allo Zen, presidio che si può garantire ovviamente con le forze di Polizia ma non solamente, forse anche con il coinvolgimento dei militari dell'Esercito in operazioni congiunte. Se necessario possiamo anche intervenire sulle norme che oggi disciplinano Strade Sicure, e penso che questo sia il passo successivo che possiamo fare per rafforzare ancora di più un lavoro importante che è stato fatto e che è necessario per stroncare l'escalation di violenza che una parte di questo territorio sta vivendo".
