FEUERDRAMA IN HAMBURG: Patienten sterben bei Klinikbrand – Ursache noch offen

Nach dem verheerenden Brand im Hamburger Marienkrankenhaus laufen die Ermittlungen auf Hochtouren. Spezialisten des Landeskriminalamts untersuchen mit modernster Technik wie 3D-Scannern die betroffenen Etagen. Ob Brandstiftung, ein technischer Defekt oder eine fahrlässige Handlung Ursache des Feuers war, ist noch unklar. Der Einsatz war dramatisch: Über 200 Kräfte kämpften gegen Flammen und Rauch, versuchten Pflegebedürftige zu retten. Drei Menschen starben, zahlreiche wurden verletzt – teils schwer durch giftigen Rauch.
