PLO | Đang ‘ễch bụng nước’, đập Tam Hiệp sẽ chịu đựng được đến khi nào? Mỗi khi đập Tam Hiệp ‘ễnh bụng nước’ xả lũ, các khu vực hạ lưu sông Dương Tử, đặc biệt là siêu đô thị Trùng Khánh, lại đối mặt với nguy cơ ngập lụt nghiêm trọng. Lần này, tình hình càng thêm cấp bách khi Trùng Khánh, nằm ở thượng nguồn sông Dương Tử, đang hứng chịu những trận mưa lớn kéo dài không ngừng. Với lượng mưa kỷ lục 269,2 mm trong một ngày, mưa lớn đã gây thiệt hại nặng nề: 6 người thiệt mạng, hơn 40.000 người bị ảnh hưởng và thiệt hại kinh tế lên tới 82 triệu Nhân dân tệ. Khi mực nước hồ chứa đậpTam Hiệp đạt mức cao chưa từng có, đợt xả lũ sắp tới có thể mang theo dòng nước khổng lồ lên tới 45.000 m³/giây, đe dọa nghiêm trọng đến an toàn của Trùng Khánh và các khu vực hạ lưu khác. Liệu Trùng Khánh và người dân nơi đây sẽ phải đối mặt với những hậu quả gì khi đợt lũ mới ập đến? Những thách thức và biện pháp ứng phó nào sẽ được thực hiện để bảo vệ thành phố khỏi thảm họa?
