Concluye en Roma la sexta ronda de negociaciones entre Israel y el Líbano

Israel y el Líbano han concluido su sexta ronda de conversaciones en Roma. Las negociaciones, mediadas por Estados Unidos, se centraron en la implementación del acuerdo marco alcanzado en Washington el 26 de junio.
Los medios italianos informaron que las discusiones aclararon la secuencia de la retirada de las tropas israelíes, el despliegue del ejército libanés, el desarme de Hizbulá y los mecanismos para verificar que las zonas transferidas permanezcan bajo el control efectivo del Líbano. Asimismo, ambas partes han acordado establecer dos zonas piloto en el sur del Líbano, donde las tropas israelíes se retirarían gradualmente y entregarían el control a las Fuerzas Armadas Libanesas.
