Per cambiare davvero bisogna sempre lasciare tutto alle spalle? O, a volte, è proprio ciò che scegliamo di non cambiare a indicarci la strada? In questo talk, Massimo Sirelli racconta come le sue radici siano diventate il punto di partenza di un viaggio creativo che lo ha portato lontano, senza mai perdere il senso di casa.
Attraverso la sua storia personale, fatta di partenze, ritorni, successi e sfide, riflette sul significato autentico del cambiamento e sul valore di restare fedeli a ciò che ci definisce. Un racconto che mostra come le radici non siano un'ancora che trattiene, ma la forza che permette di volare sempre più lontano. Massimo Sirelli è artista, designer e art director calabrese, tra i protagonisti più interessanti della scena pop e urban art contemporanea. Dopo gli esordi nel mondo dei graffiti negli anni Novanta e la formazione allo IED di Torino, ha sviluppato un percorso multidisciplinare che unisce arte, design, comunicazione e sperimentazione visiva, collaborando con importanti brand e realtà internazionali in progetti culturali, sociali e commerciali.
Fondatore dello studio creativo Dimomedia Lab e docente allo IED di Torino dal 2008, promuove un'idea di arte accessibile, capace di creare connessioni tra persone, territori e comunità. Oggi vive e lavora tra Catanzaro e il resto del mondo, continuando a trasformare la sua Calabria nella principale fonte di ispirazione di una ricerca artistica che intreccia immaginazione, cultura urbana e impatto sociale.
