2 inci Kunyit Hidup
ATAU 2-3 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
4 ulas Bawang Putih
5 biji Bawang Merah Kecil
½ cawan Ikan Bilis
1 keping Dada Ayam
2 pokok Sawi
1 biji Tomato
1 sudu besar Gula
1 sudu besar serbuk pati ayam
1 sudu kecil Garam
1/2- 1 cawan air
1 sudu kecil Serbuk lada putih
Renjis air jika keras
Cili Padi/ Merah Besar

5-6 bird's eye chilies
2 inches fresh turmeric
OR 2-3 tsp turmeric powder
4 cloves garlic
5 small shallots
½ cup dried anchovies
1 piece chicken breast
2 mustard greens plants
1 tomato
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp salt
1/2- 1 cup water
1 tsp white pepper powder
Sprinkle water if hard
