SOLO, KOMPAS.TV - Polemik kasus dugaan ijazah palsu terus bergulir. Presiden ke-7, Joko Widodo kembali menjalankan pemeriksaan oleh penyidik Polda Metro Jaya di Mapolresta Solo bersama 10 saksi lainnya.Dengan didampingi kuasa hukum, Jokowi menjalani pemeriksaan selama 3 jam.
Dalam pemeriksaan, Jokowi menyatakan penyidik menyita dua ijazah miliknya, yakni ijazah SMA dan ijazah S1 Jokowi.
Sementara itu, saat menghadiri deklarasi, Roy Suryo CS mengungkapkan keberatan pemeriksaan Jokowi berlangsung di Mapolresta Solo, bukan di Polda Metro Jaya.
Roy Suryo CS juga sudah bersurat ke Polda Metro Jaya untuk pelaksanaan gelar perkara khusus.
Pengamat hukum pidana, Universitas Trisakti, Abdul Fickar Hajar menyatakan seharusnya pihak kepolisian telah menetapkan tersangka atas kasus pencemaran nama baik ataupun dugaan ijazah palsu.
Kasus pencemaran nama baik tudingan ijazah palsu telah lama bergulir. Tindakan saling lapor hingga saling tuding terus berlangsung, namun hingga saat ini belum juga menunjukkan titik terang.
Saat ini kita sudah bergabung bersama Mardiansyah Semar selaku Ketua Umum Rampai Nusantara yang sudah hadir di studio, dan ada Rismon Sianipar sebagai salah satu penggugat ijazah Jokowi melalui sambungan Zoom.
