Более того, расходы продолжают расти, а доходы — падать. Впереди самый страшный месяц для бюджета и Эльвиры Набиуллиной — декабрь. Тогда придётся погашать огромные цифры по расходам, что разгонит инфляцию до невиданных доселе значений.
В чём план у российских властей — непонятно: пока они просто собираются печатать деньги, но это не особо поможет, потому что они, по сути, уже делают это, не добиваясь желаемого эффекта, зато добиваясь роста цен.
