In this video, I discuss Bitcoin Core's buggy code and how current lead maintainers ACK'ed a PR that accidentally broke how many OP_Return outputs a transaction can have and still be relayed by nodes running Bitcoin Core 30.
We're now at the point where Bitcoin Core devs are merging buggy code-- with the justification that the code is marked to be removed anyway at a later date.
Perhaps it's time to put some actual adults in charge of this globally important code.
