Jembatan di Serang Ambles Akibat Hujan Deras, Aktivitas Warga Terganggu

SERANG, KOMPAS.TV - Tingginya curah hujan membuat sebuah jembatan di Desa Banyuwangi, Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, Kabupaten Serang, ambles sedalam 5 meter.

Hujan deras yang terjadi pada Selasa (17/6/2025) malam membuat sejumlah pemukiman warga di Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, Kabupaten Serang, Banten, terdampak.

Hujan yang tak kunjung henti hingga Rabu (18/6/2025) siang menyebabkan jembatan yang menjadi akses jalan warga di Kampung Pulo Gede turut ambles sedalam 5 meter.

Insiden ini berdampak pada mobilitas, aktivitas ekonomi, dan sosial warga.

Selain jembatan yang ambles, tembok penahan tanah juga mengalami roboh akibat tergerus air.

Tembok roboh mengakibatkan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Pulo Ampel terendam banjir dan sehingga aktivitas di sekolah terganggu.

Pemda Serang mengklaim banjir dan jembatan ambles disebabkan sistem drainase yang buruk, hingga membuat aliran air menjadi tersendat.

Pemda Serang segera memperbaiki jembatan yang menjadi akses utama warga serta berkoordinasi dengan dinas terkait agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang lagi.
