Il famoso Piano di Ripresa Nazionale Resilienza comporta un costo di interesse sopra il 3%. Questo dato mette finalmente in discussione la presunta convenienza del debito pubblico dell'Unione Europea ai titoli pubblici italiani. Mi piacerebbe che il titolo di questo mio messaggio fosse «Non è vero che l'Europa ci dà i #soldi gratis».
È falso. Su un totale accordato di 122 miliardi, l'Italia ha incassato circa 104 miliardi che, insieme ad altri prestiti, concorreranno al debito pubblico con un piano di rimborso tra il 2028 e il 2058. Scusate, ma quando c'è un piano di rimborso non sono a fondo perduto.
