ANTISEMITISCHE ATTACKE IN COLORADO: Familie des Tatverdächtigen in Haft – Abschiebung drohtNach dem Angriff auf eine pro-israelische Demonstration in Colorado hat das US-Heimatschutzministerium die Familie des Tatverdächtigen festnehmen lassen. Die Behörden prüfen, ob sie von dem Anschlagsplan wussten oder ihn unterstützt haben. Der Angriff ereignete sich bei einer Kundgebung für Hamas-Geiseln, bei der ein ägyptischer Staatsbürger mit einem selbstgebauten Flammenwerfer und Molotow-Cocktails auf jüdische Demonstranten losging. Zwölf Menschen wurden verletzt. Der Täter rief während der Tat „Free Palestine“ und wurde noch vor Ort festgenommen. Laut Polizei hat er die Tat bereits gestanden. Das FBI ermittelt wegen Terrorverdachts.
