Hal itu disampaikannya saat dihadirkan sebagai saksi dalam sidang dugaan korupsi importasi gula dengan terdakwa eks Menteri Perdagangan Tom Lembong di Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta Pusat, hari ini, Kamis (12/6/2025).
Dalam kesaksiannya, Lukita juga menyebut tidak pernah ada pembahasan soal penugasan Inkopkar, Inkoppol, Puskopol, dan SKPP TNI Polri dalam rapat koordinasi Menko Perekonomian.
Dijelaskannya pelaku-pelaku yang memang diberikan pembahasan soal impor gula tersebut adalah BUMN.
Hal ini bertolak belakang dengan penyataan eks Ketua Induk Koperasi Kartika (Inkopkar) Mayjen TNI (Purn) Felix Hutabarat yang menyebut Presiden ke-7 Republik Indonesia Joko Widodo mengizinkan Inkopkar melakukan impor gula.
Pernyataan itu disampaikannya saat memberikan kesaksian pada sidang terkait kasus ini pada 20 Mei 2025.
