Credo che anche a voi colleghi della maggioranza sia capitato di andare da un avvocato, cercare un avvocato per riparare i torti che avete subito, per cercare difesa e protezione per le vostre ragioni. E che cosa avete cercato in quell'avvocato? Comprensione, lealtà, diligenza, massima attenzione per difendere le vostre ragioni. Ora questa norma a cosa costringe l'avvocato? In pratica è come se il vostro avvocato, con cui avete un rapporto fiduciario, venga contattato dal vostro avversario in giudizio che gli promette e addirittura gli consegna dei soldi per convincerlo a farvi aderire a una soluzione che è contraria, in ipotesi, ai vostri interessi di cliente. Sapete una fattispecie del genere come si chiama? Ricorre in due reati. Il reato di patrocinio infedele e di corruzione. È quello che avete fatto. Quindi l'avvocato viene pagato dallo Stato che è l'avversario del cliente perché debba convincere il cliente a sottoscrivere una soluzione che per definizione è contro i suoi interessi. State costringendo gli avvocati a commettere due reati». Così il leader M5S Giuseppe Conte intervenendo in dichiarazione di voto sulla fiducia posta dal Governo al decreto Sicurezza.
