Il ministro smentisce categoricamente eventuali tagli al settore scolastico in favore della difesa militare e rivendica un piano straordinario da oltre 5 miliardi di euro per l'edilizia scolastica, integrato da 10 miliardi di fondi PNRR. Valditara difende inoltre le norme sul tetto del 30% per gli alunni stranieri non italofoni come misura di reale integrazione e chiarisce i termini del consenso informato sulle teorie di genere, confermando l'obbligatorietà dei moduli di educazione affettiva e di rispetto contro la violenza di genere.
