Red Velvet ni bukan hanya boleh dijadikan kek sahaja, hanya olah beberapa bahan tertentu, nah, terus transform menjadi biskut. Sedapnya.😋😋Bahan :
120 gm margerin
10 gm minyak sapi
100 gm gula kastor
120 gm tepung gandum
50 gm tepung beras
50 gm badam cincang
1 biji kuning telur
1 sudu besar serbuk koko
1 sudu besar red velvet emulco (Perisa Red Velvet)
60 gm coklat cip
white chocolate chips (untuk hiasan)
Cara :
1. Satukan tepung gandum, tepung beras dan serbuk koko dan ayak sebati, ketepikan.
2. Bakar sebentar badam cincang dalam ketuhar pada suhu 170 C selama 5 minit
3. Di dalam mesin pemutar, satukan marjerin, minyak sapi dan gula kastor. Putar hingga adunan kembang dan bertukar warna kuning pucat. Tambahkan telur dan putar sebati.
4. Kemudian tambahkan red velvet emulco, putar lagi hingga adunan rata.
5. Masukkan bahan yang telah diayak tadi sedikit demi sedikit, gaul dengan senduk kayu atau spatula rata atau mixer dengan perlahan.
6. Tambahkan badam dan coklat cip. Gaul adunan rata.
7. Sudukan atau bulatkan adunan kecil-kecil di atas dulang pembakar. Hiaskan permukaan doh tadi dengan coklat cip.
8. Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 150C (ketuhar hendaklah di panaskan 15 minit awal sebelum memasukkan doh). Bakar selama 20 minit
9. Sejukkan biskut di atas redai setelah masak dan simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.
